pounds ground beef (I like to use 80/20)
tablespoons taco seasoning mix
cups beef stock
chopped green onions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain.
- Transfer the beef to a slow cooker. Stir in the taco seasoning and stock.
- Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the sauce is thickened.
- Sprinkle with green onions and serve as desired.
