Slow Cooker Taco Beef

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef (I like to use 80/20)
  • 4 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 3 chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain.
  2. Transfer the beef to a slow cooker. Stir in the taco seasoning and stock.
  3. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the sauce is thickened.
  4. Sprinkle with green onions and serve as desired.
