Easy Sheet Pan Sausage and Peppers
Italian Sausage Links (sweet or hot OR a combo of both)
red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced
orange bell pepper, seeded and sliced
large sweet onions, sliced
garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
tablespoons Italian seasoning
teaspoon kosher salt
teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Arrange the sausages in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment or foil.
Top the sausages with the peppers, onions and garlic.
Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Bake the sausage and peppers for 20-25 minutes until the sausages are brown and cooked through.
Serve immediately over pasta, if desired.
