Ingredients
1/2cupmayonnaise
1/4cupapple cider vinegar
1/4cuphoney
kosher salt and fresh black pepper
4cupsfresh broccoli floretscut into small pieces
1/2cupsmall diced red onion
1cupdried cherries
4ouncesfetasmall diced
3/4cupsalted sunflower seedsshelled
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar and honey. Add the salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
In a large bowl, toss together the broccoli, red onion, cherries, feta and sunflower seeds. Add the dressing and stir to combine thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours in an airtight container.
