In a bowl, whisk the seasoning mix together with the chicken broth, mustard and honey until smooth. Place chicken thighs in a zip top bag and pour the marinade over top. Seal the bag and place in a bowl. Marinade for 1 hour or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat the grill.
Remove the chicken from the bag and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken about 10 to 12 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Remove the chicken from the grill and let stand covered for 5 minutes before serving.
