Ingredients
1 1/2cupwhole berry cranberry sauce
4ouncesmascarpone cheese
4tablespoonslow-fat plain greek yogurt
zest and juice of 1 clementineor a small orange
1/4cupconfectioners' sugar
1/2cuphalf and half
1 1/2cupslow-fat milk
Instructions
In a medium bowl or saucepan, blend together the cranberry sauce, mascarpone cheese, yogurt, zest, orange juice, sugar, half and half and milk with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to an airtight container and chill for 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream and sugared cranberries if desired.
