  • 1 Sara Lee Original Cream Classic Cheesecake thawed according to package
  • 1 cup Lemon Curd
  • 1 8 ounce tub Cool Whip Whipped Topping - Original
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Turn the cheesecake out upside down on a plate or platter.
  2. Carefully remove the bottom crust and divide among four 1/5 liter jelly jars.
  3. Top the crust with 1 heaping tablespoon of cheesecake filling and level with a spoon.
  4. Top the cheesecake layer with 1 tablespoon lemon curd and level with a spoon.
  5. Top the lemon curd with 1 heaping tablespoon Cool whip.
  6. Top the Cool Whip layer with another cheesecake layer, lemon curd and then top with a dollop of Cool Whip.
  7. Refrigerate for up to 6 hours or serve immediately.
