Ingredients

self-rising flour
3/4
cup
heavy cream
plus 1 tablespoon
pinch
of kosher salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a large bowl, stir the flour, cream and salt until the batter is smooth.
Lightly knead with your hands and then form into a circle about 1 inch thick.
Cut out the biscuits using a 2 inch biscuit cutter.
Arrange the biscuits approximately 2 inches apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Bake the biscuits for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
