  • 2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons water if needed
  1. In a large bowl, stir the oats, raisins, almond butter, honey, chia seeds, cinnamon and nutmeg until thoroughly combined. (If the mixture is still dry, add water one tablespoon at a time until moistened enough to stick together.)
  2. Roll heaping tablespoons of the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Refrigerate the energy balls for 1 hour.
  3. Transfer to an airtight container for up to five days.
