  • 3 10- ounce bags Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers (I use Ghirardelli
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup chopped dried figs
  • 2 cups assorted nuts
  1. Add the chocolate wafers to a slow cooker or crock pot.
  2. Cook on low for 1 hour and stir until smooth.
  3. Add the golden raisins, raisins, figs and nuts. Stir to coat completely.
  4. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop small mounds of the chocolate mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment until all the chocolate has been used.
  5. Transfer to the refrigerator to cool for 1 hour or until firm.
  6. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 14 days.
