Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut the brioche into 1 inch cubes and place in a large bowl.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the half and half, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
Pour the raisins, dates, walnuts and pecans in the bowl with the brioche. Toss to combine.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes and carefully toss the mixture to coat being careful not to break up the bread.
Transfer the mixture to a 13x9 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake the casserole for 40-45 minutes or until puffed up and golden brown.
Serve the casserole dusted with powdered sugar, if desired.
