low fat yogurt

frozen avocado

Instructions
Divide the yogurt among the wells of an ice cube tray and freezer for two hours or until firm.
To assemble the smoothie packs:
Add five frozen yogurt cubes to a freezer bag with 1 cup assorted frozen fruit and 1/4 cup frozen avocado.
Press the air out of the bag and close. Freeze until ready to use.
To blend your smoothie packs:
Empty the contents of the smoothie pack into a blender.
Add 1 cup milk and half a banana to the blender.
Puree the ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.
