Super easy Slow Cooker Pork Loin Roast with Honey Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
  • 4 lb pork loin roast
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
Instructions
  1. Place the pork in the slow cooker.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, hoisin, fish sauce, rice wine vinegar and ginger.

  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the pork and cover with the lid.

  4. Cook the pork on high for 4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.

  5. Transfer the pork to a platter and keep warm.

  6. Pour the remaining sauce in the slow cooker into a small saucepan and bring to a boil on the stover over medium heat. 

  7. Cook the sauce for 5 minutes or until reduced by half. 

  8. Slice the pork into 1 inch thick slices and serve with the sauce.
