Ingredients
  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 2 kiwi, peeled
  • 1 1/2 cups lightly packed fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 cup plain low fat greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients into the pitcher of a high powered blender.

  2. Blend the ingredients together until smooth, approximately 1-2 minutes.
