  • 16 tablespoons salted butter room temperature
  • 16 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 2 pounds confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Add the butter and cream cheese to the bowl of a stand mixture fitted with a paddle attachment.
  2. Beat on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  3. Slowly add the sugar to the cream cheese mixture beating until light and creamy.
  4. Stir in the vanilla.
  5. Allow the frosting to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  6. Use to frost cakes, cupcakes, cinnamon rolls or as a dip.
