fresh broccoli florets

diced red onion

dried cherries

shredded cheddar cheese

chopped pecans

crumbled cooked bacon
For the dressing
1/2
cup
mayonnaise
1/4
cup
apple cider vinegar
1/4
cup
honey
kosher salt and black pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, add the broccoli, onion, cherries, cheddar cheese, pecans and broccoli. Toss to combine.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar and honey, Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
Toss before serving.

Notes
Salad is best if made at least an hour in advance. Be sure to toss before serving because the dressing will settle to the bottom of the bowl.
