110 ounce boxfrozen spinachthawed, drained and squeezed dry
116 ounce containersour cream
1cupmayonnaise
1packageKnorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
18 ounce canwater chestnutsdrained and finely chopped
4scallionsChopped
1tspworcestershire sauce
1tspground nutmeg
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Add the spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix, water chestnuts, scallions, worcestershire sauce and nutmeg to a bowl.
Stir the ingredients until combined thoroughly.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerator for 2 hours or up to 48 hours.
Spoon the spinach dip into a bowl and serve with bread, crackers or vegetables.
Notes
You can make your Knorr Spinach Dip up to 48 hours in advance.It will last up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container.Do not freeze your spinach dip.
