cans Lucky Leaf Apple Fruit Filling

caramel sauce

apple cider
or 1/2 cup brandy
1/2

brewed coffee
Instructions
Arrange one layer of ladyfingers on the bottom of a baking dish filling in the spaces with smaller pieces if necessary.
Drizzle the apple cider/coffee mixture over the ladyfingers to lightly soak.
In a bowl, beat the mascarpone, heavy cream, espresso powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar with a hand mixer until fluffy and smooth.
Spread 1/2 the mascarpone cheese over the ladyfingers in an even layer.
Top the mascarpone with one can Lucky Leaf Apple Fruit Filling.
Drizzle the apples with 3 tablespoons caramel sauce.
Arrange another layer of ladyfingers over the apples.
Spread the remaining mascarpone over the ladyfingers and top with apples as a garnish.
Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the tiramisu and drizzle with two tablespoons caramel sauce.
Refrigerate the tiramisu for 1 hour or overnight.
Serve with more caramel sauce and chopped walnuts, if desired.
