Instructions
Stir the lavender, sugar and water together in a saucepan over medium heat.
Bring the mixture to a boil and cook until the sugar has dissolved.
Turn the heat off and steep for 20 minutes.
Strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve and transfer the syrup to an airtight container.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
Notes
Lavender Syrup can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature and stored for up to 3 months.
