Baked Brie Recipe with Fig Jam
Melty, gooey, sweet Baked Brie with Fig Jam is easy to make with frozen puff pastry dough and a wheel of brie.

sheet frozen puff pastry dough
thawed according to package directions
1 8
ounce
round Brie Cheese
do not remove rind

tablespoons
fig Jam

egg
lightly beaten
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
Slice off the top rind of the brie horizontally using a sharp knife.
Unfold the puff pastry and place the brie in the center of the puff pastry, cut side up.
Spoon the fig jam over the surface of the cut side of the brie to cover.
Fold the puff pastry up over the brie to cover. Alternatively, you can cover the brie with the puff pastry and then tuck the edges underneath.
Place the brie in the center of a parchment lined baking sheet and brush the surface with the egg.
Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Let the brie rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Serve with crackers, fruit and bread sticks, if desired.
