8ouncescream cheeseroom temperature
1/4cupsour cream
1/4mayonnaise
3/4cupfinely chopped dill pickles or cornichons
2tablespoonsminced pickled jalapeños
1/4cuppickle juice from the jar
1/2cupfinely chopped dill
2tablespoonsfinely chopped chives
1tablespoonfinely chopped parsley
1/2tablespoongarlic powder
1/2tablespoononion powder
1/2teaspooncrushed red pepperoptional
1/4teaspoonkosher salt
1/4teaspoonfresh ground pepper
Instructions
Add the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, pickles, jalapeños and pickle juice to a bowl.
Beat the mixture together until combined.
Add the dill, chives, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper, salt and pepper.
Beat until well blended.
Cover and chill for 1 hour or overnight.
Serve with crisp vegetables, crackers or pita chips.
Notes
Dill Pickle Dip is even better if made a day in advance and will last up to 5 days covered in the refrigerator. Leave out the jalapeños if you don't care for spicy dips.Make it sweeter with bread and butter pickles!
