Ingredients

chopped fresh mango or Mango pulp
1
cup
plain low fat yogurt
1/2
cup
milk
1 1/2
tablespoons
honey
or to taste
1/4
teaspoon
ground cardamom
1/8
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
Instructions
Add the mango, yogurt, milk and honey to the blender and puree for 1-2 minutes.
Add the cardamom and blend for a few seconds to combine.
Pour the Mango Lassi into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
Notes
Can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
For a thicker consistency, use frozen mango chunks or add ice when blending.
