Ingredients
For the Garlic Bread Spread:

Roasted Garlic Cloves

For the Garlic Bread:

Baguette
cut in half lengthwise
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425˚F.
Add all the garlic bread spread ingredients to the bowl of a food processor and lock the lid in place.
Process the ingredients until almost smooth.
Transfer to an airtight container and set aside.
Place the baguette on a baking sheet cut side up.
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread. To make cheesy garlic bread, sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the butter.
Bake the bread for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before cutting into pieces.
Serve warm.
