vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, mix together the nuts, egg white, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon until well blended.
Spread the nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
Transfer the baking sheet to a wire rack to cool completely. Break the nuts apart and store in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
