sliced bacon
cut into thirds

package lil smokies cocktail wieners

brown sugar

teaspoon
cayenne pepper

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325˚F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone baking mat.
Wrap a piece of bacon around one wiener and secure with a toothpick. Repeat with the remaining wieners and bacon. Arrange on the baking sheet.
Whisk together the brown sugar and cayenne, if using.
Evenly sprinkle the brown sugar over the wieners and transfer to the oven.
Bake until the bacon is crispy and the sugar is caramelized, approximately 40 minutes.
Serve immediately.
