Ingredients
1/4cupsalted butter
2cupsfresh spring peasor frozen thawed peas
1/4teaspoonkosher salt
1/4teaspoonfresh ground pepper
1/4cupchopped fresh mint leaves
Instructions
Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat and continue cooking, while swirling the pan, until the butter solids begin to turn golden brown, approximately 3-4 minutes.
Add the peas to the pan and toss to coat. Cook the peas for 3-4 minutes or until bright green.
Remove from the heat. Stir in the salt, pepper and mint.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Peas are best if served immediately. Leftovers are fantastic tossed with white rice or pasta.
