Ingredients
1 13ounceLibby's Vegetable Pouch Green Beans
1tablespoonsalted butter
2tablespoonsflour
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
3/4cup2 % milk
1/4teaspoonnutmeg
pinchkosher salt and pepper
3/4cupgrated Asiago Cheese
1/4cuppanko bread crumbs

Instructions
Heat the green beans according to package directions, drain and set aside.
In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and then whisk in the flour. Cook the flour until golden brown, approximately 2 minutes and then slowly whisk in the milk. Add the nutmeg, salt and pepper and continue whisking until thickened, approximately 3-4 minutes. Turn off the heat and stir in the cheese. Add the green beans and mix to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish coated with cooking spray and sprinkle with the panko. Lightly spray the panko with the cooking spray and place under the broiler for 1-2 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
