In a small food processor, blend the cream cheese, ricotta, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl and stir in the cheeses. Set aside.
In an over-proof shallow baking dish, spread the sauce evenly over the bottom. Carefully spread the cheese mixture over the sauce and top with the pizza toppings.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and the cheese is starting to brown.
Remove from the oven, allow to rest for 5 minutes and serve with crackers or crostini.
