1/4cuptoasted pine nuts
1/4cupextra virgin olive oil
kosher salt and pepper to taste
Throw all the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth, approximately 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
