1/2cupdiced sweet onion
1/2cupdiced red bell pepper
1/4cupdiced VELVEETA® cheeseroom temperature
3sliced cooked bacon
Kosher salt and pepper
In a medium non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray, sauté the onions and peppers over medium heat until softened. While the onions and peppers are cooking, whisk together the eggs and milk until combined. Add the egg mixture to the pan and stir. Allow the eggs to cook stirring frequently. When the eggs begin to scramble but are still liquid, add the cheese and stir to melt. Continue to cook until the eggs are scrambled and the cheese is melted. Stir in the bacon and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
