1/2cupcanned pumpkin pureenot pumpkin pie filling
1/2cupunsalted creamy peanut butter
4tablespoonsmaple syrup
1/2teaspoonpumpkin pie spice
1 1/4cupsrolled oatsI used Bob's Red Mill
1/4cupground flax meal
1/2cupunsalted pumpkin seeds
1/2cupraisins
1/4cupwhole flax seeds
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well blended and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Return to the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Transfer the balls to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
