Ingredients
6Italian Sausage Linkssweet or hot OR a combo of both
1red bell pepperseeded and sliced
1yellow bell pepperseeded and sliced
1orange bell pepperseeded and sliced
1large sweet onionssliced
4garlic clovespeeled and smashed
2tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
2tablespoonsItalian seasoning
1/2teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoonfresh ground pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Arrange the sausages in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment or foil.
Top the sausages with the peppers, onions and garlic.
Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Bake the sausage and peppers for 20-25 minutes until the sausages are brown and cooked through.
Serve immediately over pasta, if desired.
Notes
Recipe can be made up to 24 hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Heat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes to warm through.
