Ingredients
2cupsO Organics Unfiltered Apple juice
5O Organics Teabags Chai Spice
1/4cupO Organics Almond Milk
1tablespoonO Organics light brown sugar
4ouncesspiced dark rum
Apple slices and cinnamon sticks for garnish
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine the apple juice and teabags. Bring to a simmer then turn off the heat.
Allow the teabags to steep for 10 minutes, then remove.
Stir in the almond milk, sugar and rum, stirring until dissolved.
Divide the mixture among two mugs.
Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks, if desired.
Serve immediately.
Notes
You can create a "concentrate" in advance by steeping the tea bags in the apple juice and keeping it in the refrigerator. Bring to a simmer, then continue with the remainder of the recipe.
