Ingredients
8ouncecream cheese at room temperature
1/4cupmayonnaise
1/4cupsour cream
1cupgrated pepper jack cheese
1cupgrated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4cupparmesan cheese
1/4cupminced onion
1garlic clove minced
1tablespoonworcestershire sauce
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tsponion powder
1tspcayenne pepper
1 1/2tablespoonslemon juice
1/2teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoonfreshly ground pepper
1cupfrozenthawed cut leaf spinach, squeezed dry
1cupfrozenthawed artichoke hearts, squeezed dry
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream with a hand mixer until smooth.
Stir in the 3/4 cup pepper jack, 3/4 cup cheddar, parmesan, onion, garlic, worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, lemon juice, salt and pepper until thoroughly combined.
Fold in the spinach and artichokes. Transfer to a small baking dish and sprinkle the top with the remaining cheese.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
Serve hot with crackers, crostini or vegetables.
