Frozen Lobster Tails
Thawed

olive oil

butter

garlic cloves

chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
Add the lobster tails to the water and boil for 3 minutes. Transfer to a plate and allow to cool enough to handle.
Using a sharp knife, cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
Brush the lobster meat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the lobster tails, shell side down, on a preheated grill and cook for 3 minutes.
Flip the lobster tails and continue cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the lobster meat is no longer transluscent.
Transfer to a platter and keep warm.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Stir in the garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the herbs.
Drizzle the butter sauce over the lobster tails and serve immediately.
