Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
Pour into two glasses and serve topped with fresh berries or granola, if desired.
Notes
Beet smoothie can be made up to 8 hours in advance. Store in the refrigerator. The smoothie will become more liquid as it sits.
