chia seeds

1% milk

cocoa powder

teaspoons
granulated sugar
honey or low calorie sweetener can be used instead
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the chia seeds and milk.
Stir in the cocoa powder and sugar.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove and stir once, cover and refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes or overnight.
Stir and enjoy!
Notes
You can make your chia pudding up to 5 days in advance. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container and stir occasionally.
