2tbspinstant coffee granules
2tbspgranulated sugar
2tbspboiling water
12ouncemilk
2ouncesIrish Cream
2ouncesCoffee Liquor
2ouncesVodka
3ouncesHeavy Cream
Instructions
Add the coffee, sugar and boiling water to a clean bowl. Allow to sit for 15 seconds so the ingredients can start to dissolve.
Using a hand mixer or wire whisk, beat the ingredients together until it becomes frothy, light and creamy. Set aside.
Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour the Irish Cream, coffee liquor, vodka and cream over the ice.
Place the lid on the shaker and shake to combine.
Pour the mudslide into two glasses and top with the whipped coffee.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Optional, before pouring the mudslide into the glass, drizzle the inside of the glass with chocolate syrup.
