Ingredients
1 1/2cupsdiced pineapple
1 1/2cupsdiced watermelon
1cupdiced papayapeeled and seeded
1cupdiced mango
1/4cupfresh lime juice
1teaspoonlime zest
1teaspoonhoney
1/4teaspoonancho chili powderoptional
Chili Lime Seasoning(I use Tajin), optional
Instructions
Toss the pineapple, watermelon, papaya and mango together in a large bowl to combine.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey and chili powder.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with the Chili Lime Seasoning and serve.
Notes
Mexican Fruit Salad can be made up to 48 hours in advance. Sprinkle the seasoning on just before serving.
