116 ouncepackage hot dogs cut into 1/4-inch slices
128 ouncecan baked beans with pork
3tablespoonsbrown sugar
2tablespoonsyellow mustard
1 ½teaspoonsgarlic powder
1tablespoonchopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Add the hot dogs to a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
Stir in the baked beans, brown sugar, mustard and garlic powder.
Bring to a boil and turn the heat to low. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with toast points or bread for dipping.
Notes
Also known as Franks and Beans, Beanie Weenies can be made up to 48 hours in advance. Store in an airtight container and reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave until warmed through.
