Grilled Chicken Tenders with Sweet and Spicy Honey Mustard
Kid AND adult approved! Grilled Chicken Tenders are made with boneless chicken breast tenderloins and are super easy to whip up for a quick weeknight dinner. Serve with the Spicy Honey Mustard for dipping!
Place the chicken in a large bowl and toss with the olive oil.
Whisk together the garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over the chicken and toss to coat.
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
Arrange the chicken in a single layer on the grill.
Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the grill and cover to keep warm.
Stir together the chili garlic sauce, dijon, honey and mayonnaise until smooth.
Serve the sauce with the chicken garnished with parsley and lemon.
Grilled Chicken Breast tenders can be seasoned up to 24 hours in advance.Leftovers reheat well for up to 3 days. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.We love them chilled or at room temperature to top salads, too!
