not pumpkin pie filling

low-fat plain Greek yogurt

pumpkin butter

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth
Scrape down the sides and add ice
Puree until smooth and creamy
Serve immediately with crushed gingersnap cookies, if desired
