Ingredients
1/2pear
1Pumpkin Rollsliced into 1/4 inch slices
12-16Maple Sandwich Cookiesor other fall themed sandwich cookies
12-14Soft Frosted Sugar Cookies
12Pumpkin Madeleines or other Madeleine cookies
6mini fall themes cupcakes
1 1/2cupscandy corn
2clovesor candy eyes
Instructions
I used a 24 inch pumpkin board for this recipe but a round board works just as well. That’s the board I used in the Dessert Boards cookbook.
Place the pear half at the bottom center of the board.
Arrange the pumpkin roll around the edge of the board to form a circle starting and ending at the pear.
Repeat the pattern with the cookies, sugar cookies, madeleines and fill in any leftover spaces with the cupcakes and candy corn. You may not use all of the ingredients depending on the size of your board and that’s ok.
Create the eyes and nose with the cloves (or candy eyes) and candy corn.
The legs are made with a piece of pretzel and candy corn.
Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and serve within 6-8 hours.
Notes
The Dessert Board is best served within 6 hours after serving.
