Instructions
I used a large 24 inch round board which is the perfect size for a serving of 14-18 people. You can use a smaller board if you’re serving less people.
Arrange the mini marshmallows down the center of the board to form the “river.”
Place three small ramekins on the board in a triangle shape. We have two mugs on this board but if you’re serving a larger crowd, you can fill those spaces with more candy, chocolate chips or bowls with caramel sauce. Feel free to let your creative juices flow!
Add the chocolate nonpareils, mint nonpareils and crushed peppermint to the bowls.
Arrange the pretzel rods, cookies and chocolate around the board in a fan shape. I like to shingle the flatter items like the marshmallows and sandwich cookies to keep things tidy.
Fill in the spaces with the remaining candies, cookies and chocolates.
Serve alongside a slow cooker or warming pitcher filled with hot cocoa.
