Instructions
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, yogurt, honey and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in the grapes stirring until coated.
Transfer to a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Sprinkle with the chopped walnuts just before serving.
Notes
Easy Grape Salad can be made in advance.
Greek Yogurt can be substituted with sour cream.
