Ingredients
  • 4 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp provolone
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 8-10 pepperoni
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a small food processor, blend the cream cheese, mayonnaise, yogurt, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl and stir in the cheeses. Set aside.
  4. In an over-proof shallow baking dish, spread the sauce evenly over the bottom. Carefully spread the cheese mixture over the sauce and top with the pepperoni. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and the cheese is starting to brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve immediately with crackers or crostini.
