Ingredients
  • Corn meal for dusting
  • pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp provolone
  • 2 links spicy sausage removed from casing, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chopped Giardiniera
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 460 degrees.
  2. Sprinkle a small amount of corn meal on the pizza stone and roll out the dough. Spread the sauce evenly over the dough and sprinkle with the cheese. Top evenly with the sausage and Giardiniera.
  3. Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is starting to turn golden.
  4. Slice and serve immediately
