Ingredients
  • 2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups plain low-fat greek yogurt I used Stonyfield
  • juice of one lime
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 4 ounces half and half
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree for 3 minutes or until all the ingredients are well blended. Pour into an airtight container and chill for 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
  2. Serve in chilled bowls and garnish with whipped cream and strawberries if desired.
