Ingredients
  • 2 pounds large shrimp 16-20 count peeled, deveined and tails left in on
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce or other hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with the garlic, olive oil, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper to coat.
  3. Spread the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  4. Roast the shrimp for 8-10 minutes until no longer translucent.
  5. Transfer the shrimp to a serving platter and set aside.
  6. In a small bowl, stir the ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Tabasco and worcestershire sauce until combined.
  7. Serve the sauce with the shrimp.

Cocktail sauce can be made up to 3 days in advance and refrigerated in an airtight container until ready to serve.
