  • For the smoothie:
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup Silk Dairy Free Plain Yogurt
  • 3/4 cup Silk Plant Protein Milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the snack jar:
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup Simple Truth Granola
  • 1 cup Silk Dairy Free Plain Yogurt
  1. Place the frozen berries, Silk Dairy Free Plain Yogurt, Silk Plant Protein Milk and vanilla in a blender.
  2. Puree until smooth.
  3. Divide the berries evenly between two jars.
  4. Top each with half the granola and half the yogurt.
  5. Pour half the smoothie into each jar.
  6. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
