  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 8 ounces jumbo lump crab meat
  • 36 white mushrooms stems and gills removed
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Place the cream cheese, parmesan, sour cream, mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and parsley in a bowl. Beat the ingredients with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth.

  3. Add the crab meat to the bowl and fold together using a rubber spatula.

  4. Fill the mushroom caps with the crab mixture and arrange in a baking dish.

  5. Bake the mushrooms for 20-25 minutes or until just beginning to turn golden brown.

  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

Mushrooms can be assembled up to 24 hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

Bake the mushrooms right before serving.
